Such a chill album. It suffers a wee bit for a "sameness" sounding on the first few listens but that might change down the line.

Sun June’s “Somewhere” kicks off promisingly, thanks to the strong first impression of Laura Colwell’s voice. Her striking tone is very well-suited to Sun June’s brand of restrained, dreamy indie pop, and she dazzles on the subtly catchy, understated opener “Bad with Time.” But ultimately, the underwhelming material on “Somewhere” fails to do Colwell justice.
