Wow! We haven't had a "good" Queensrÿche album in so long. While it's still not great, it's a major step up, and I do like the new singer. Not as much as the original, but he isn't bad. If he can take this band in a new, better direction, I'll be fine
This is the first Queensrÿche album with Todd La Torre as their lead vocalist, and if I hadn’t known about the lineup change, I wouldn’t have realized it wasn’t Geoff Tate. La Torre’s voice is so similar to Tate’s that it feels like a natural continuation.
