A mildly interesting trip to the highly experimental, almost-progressive musical world of Hungarian one-man metal band Thy Catafalgue. A slight detour in Thy Catafalque's discography. The record is still Thy Catafalque overall, but much "softer" and more accessible. Electronic and folk segments are prominent with little to no actual metal, but that doesn't mean there's less to enjoy. Still, I feel like this is their weakest album. Even if it starts off sluggishly it picks up by the second half to give you that much needed heaviness
