the memories i have with this album are ones that i can't forget. i love this album so much <33
From the promising and relatable intro "Let Me In Frame" to the absolute euphoria put on show in the last song "Viaduct", all songs in "footpaths" are the best Former Hero has ever been. Lyrically, this album is pretty strong but sonically it just doesn't interest me. This album mostly sticks to ambience with a short section in most songs bringing in indietronica elements but it doesn't really do the first half that well and the latter part leaves a little to be desired when the payoff is so short. Overall, this project is fine and has some beautiful moments with lyrics that can really pull on the heartstrings but it's a little forgettable.
