Danzig's 4th album sees him and the band move deeper into the 90s while staying true to their bluesy Hard Rock roots. It boasts just about all the positives of the last album, and it might even have the band's strongest individual songs thus far - Bringer of Death and Son of the Morning Star, as well a few others first take their time to set up atmospheres, before launching into a bluesy barrage with Danzig's throaty vocals on top. It's killer stuff.
