The mix of songs that connect with gently experimental sounds that low-key dazzle make for a winning combination and Together is another surprising slowcore triumph.
Together is a finely-crafted work which should hold up to listening under widely varied circumstances, likely to feel as much at home amid the windswept, skeletal trees of late autumn as on the porch on a humid summer evening.
This is one great slow core album that might be an example of Duster just doin what they know works but hell, it really does work. After all this time and a limited discography, Duster is still as potent in the slow core world as before.

It's definitely not bad at all and it's quite a nice and pleasant listen, but it's not really experimenting with any new sounds or stepping outside of the comfort zone.
Still enjoyed the project though! I'd say it was worth ... read more
While this album is a bit better than their self titled project, it's style lacking the edge that their earlier material had except for Drifter which could have fit in on Contemporary Movement.
