A great reason to be paying attention to modern ska.

Instantly this album made me smile. Ska Punk is so incredibly cathartic and leaves a smile beaming from ear to ear. Opening with some slapping bass and riffing guitars on "BOTHERED" through to "Clout Chasers!", the Ska Punk fusion is released with immediate effect.
Soon enough you're lowered onto a soft bed with the outro of "Decolonize Yr Mind" leading the way. "Maybe..." starts off slow and smacks you in the face with some hearty lyrics, stacking the ... read more
Ska never sounded so good than on this new one right here, also dabbling in alternative and pop punk, there's great variety and lots of high energy songs that cover topics from social issues to more personal ones. Check it out, pick it up!
‘Bothered/Unbothered’ is heavily politically charged, and while JER’s commentary is blatant, the ferocity in his delivery and the wit with which it’s presented make it extremely effective. His flow often matches the cadence of these ska rhythms, but he does an ample amount of singing as well, and his raw, unfiltered tone helps elevate the energy of the messages he pushes for.
