Back in October of 2022, I found myself pretty bored of the music I was consuming. So on a whim I decided why not listen to the discography of the legendary Beatles? So I did. Went up to Revolver rather quickly and basically forgot about this idea of mine and went back to my usual music programing.

This is one of those experimental, avant-garde albums that’s tough to put into words. There’s nothing conventional about it. Anything and everything goes. The album leans heavily on improvisation, blending Krautrock, psychedelia, prog, and whatever else they could dream up. It plays like a collage of sound with fragmented tracks and tape manipulation. Somehow, it balances chaos with beauty, all while using whimsical and playful instrumentation throughout.
