Between the greatest albums of the time and the albums that are garbage, this album is smack-dab in the middle. The opener is alright at best, "Stop Right There" and "Lullaby to Tim" sound very folk and country-infused; the voice effect on the latter though is a little unsettling, and "Water On the Brain" has unique elements I’ll give it that but it’s okay.
