Pretty damn good metal. This man’s voice sounds like a police siren and the extreme harsh guitars makes this perfect music to smash a pig’s car too. You know actually this is a lot like Jazz. Improvisational playing, melodic vocals, weird chord progressions and keys. Is this Jazz Metal? It might be Jazz Metal.

unsurprising, i didnt enjoy this! thrash and non-atmospheric or avant-garde black metal i just dont,,,, like. i'm coming to terms with that. that's fine. you don't need to like every genre, it's totally fine. there's plenty of black metal i do like! Deafheaven, Liturgy, Paysage d'Hiver, Gris, i like plenty of their work. thrash on the other hand... idk that gizz album was fine? other than that i havent really touched it and i dont plan on it! and this has given me no more ... read more
The blend of thrash and black metal here is excellent. The album is fast, relentless and detailed but not in a mechanical or boring way. The speed really works in the benefit of the album. I really like the passages between different sections, also the album does a great job building an engaging atmosphere too. At times it can feel a little random and just not memorable enough.
But overall it kicks ass.
