As lofi and smooth as this genre comes, the title of this EP is incredibly fitting, as Quickly's atmospheric vocals and grandiose production make the listening experience enjoyable and fun throughout it's short 15 minute runtime. Strong 7
Lo-fi psychedelic indie jazz pop?
There are so many ways that sonic presentation can go wrong, but the execution of the fusion of genres on this EP is incredible. My favorite aspect of this project is how these influences interact with each other. Fundamentally, foundationally, structurally, and rhythmically, it is jazz through and through.
