It's not Walmart Tom Waits it's just bad. It's just stupid as hell that's what it is. I don't get how you can listen to a songs like "Pigswill" and not just think this project is a total joke. So much of this sounds like parody of expermental rock but just...a very very unfunny parody. The jokes don't make since or they're just annoying because loud = funny. That's what this feels like I guess.

Walmart Tom Waits
Although i find the instrumentals not necessary adding much to the overall experience, I will admit that many of these tracks are fantastic industrial rock with Tom Waits like vocal performance and overall nihilistic dark soundscape but done in satrical way is done to great effect.
