IMO, this is much better than any studio Dead album (even though it technically is one). Just great energy from Bob. Not sure why One More Saturday Night isn't the closer tho
This Bob at his most velvety. All the arrangements are built to make his voice sound fantastic. That’s why I still think it stands alone as a Weir solo album despite the rest of The Dead playing on every single track. The other members have room to shine.
