Embarrassing as these discarded songs can now be seen in hindsight, the band itself is a glorious thing.

Devo's early days before their debut album were strange times for the band, and after their "final" album in 1990 they decided to take us back to their "Hardcore" times from 1974-1977 with a bunch of these very obscure B-sides.
