Devolver

Un bon album varier, entre rock et metal et par moment electro.
Avec l'ex guitariste frontman de Ruben (groupe screamo hard-core bien décapent des années 2000)
Les morceaux passent d'un registre à l'autres avec une facilité incroyable ,c'est bien agencé et bien en place,
on sent que les musiciens savent jouer ,aussi bien dans les parties rock pop ou metal.
Les vocaux de Jamie me fais penser à Trent Reznor .

I absolutely love this album. It completely goes beyond what he has done previously, both in his solo career and with Reuben, and runs the gamut of genres, from relatively heavy rock (Mississippi) to poppier songs (Hardbeat) and other tracks that feel truly epic (Devolver, All of England is a City). He seems to have built a very strong cult-like fanbase off the back of this and his previous record, and I think it's well deserved.
