Very solid, catchy, thought-provoking, and fun. It has the potential to be on repeat without getting boring. Especially the line about kombucha lingers in my mind; that attitude really sums up the album as a whole.
The drums that sound as if they were recorded through a decaying cassette tape, making them feel far away but somehow managing to achieve a comforting sound. Artık Kısa Cümleler Kuruyorum was, for some reason, heavily criticized as a soft album at the time, why that would be considered a bad thing is totally beyond me. It’s a solid record, precise in everything it does. Whether in its heavier moments or its softer ones. Every choice feels intentional, avoiding extremes without ever feeling constrained.
