The worst thing than a terrible album is no one to blame and point fingers at. Practically the well-deserved 0 of this website.
The best tracks really do put it a league above others: Collateral, River of Darkness, Tokyo Night Train
Foza Horizon done justice having two songs on their radio.
Best Track: Hurting
Great instrumentation, but damn the vocals can be damn grating at times. I'm definitely downloading an instrumental version.
Have to admit, came for "I'm Not Sorry" from Burnout Paradise and that's about it.
Uh oh... I really liked it.
Best Tracks: Someday, Believe It or Not
Worst Tracks: Honestly nothing sticking out like a sore thumb
Kevin really looked at the 'The Slow Rush Remixes & B-Sides' and said that was the soundscape to go with.
Still very groovy and has some amazing points.
One side of me says to rate it lower for how much he's forgone the complex energetic psychedelic structures his work usually has for more lowkey beats.
The other side of me says how happy it is to survive a pandemic to be able to listen to this.
Great, but the Mongolian throat singing ass type performances got me giggling a bit.
Extra points for just being a Panty & Stocking schmuck. Probably one of the least clicheless anime soundtracks.
Good points for Beverly Laurel and Mind Mischief (The Field Remix), everything else is mid.
I'm sorry but that Skrillex remix drop sounds like a Transformer throwing up.
10 extra points for Star Guitar. Naive me thought of it like a Boards of Canada song on crack, absolutely top tier.
