I haven't listened to it fully yet, but putting Obnoxious after Harlem Street has gotta be the best decisions ever made, the contrast between rapping about the dilapidated state of Harlem he grew up in into a song about his alt-left politics to piss motherfuckers off and telling them he's gonna steal their money and fuck they bitches is just chef's kiss.
In only giving this a 100 because compared to her ENTIRE discography this is her ONLY good song.
Polo is literally just a Robin Gan beat that shit is SOOOO ASS ðŸ˜
All in all this is a decent record for me, enough to feel like im aura farming and imagine edits in my head while walking or going to gym, while not great as Slayyyter, it's aptly named Detour for a reason as her previous works wasn't good, i see this as more a stepping stone for her evolution in her music career.
It's rare for a piece of media to make me cry, South Of Midnight is one of them. The Tale of Altama-ha made me cry bad, This game is one of the warmest feelings i have ever felt in my heart, the tales that surrounded this game has such good storytelling, the hurt that these characters go through is felt with each word told, the visuals are amazing and it's so ingrained in it's culture like Sinners and presents it to you so well. PLEASE play this game, it is something you ... read more
I need to kill myself, i completed life by listening to this.
NMIXX..... God, you ruined this genre for me..... I can't think of listening to anything else and not compare it to what NMIXX is doing, production again is absolutely amazing and fucking everything else is perfect... I'm fucking speechless...
My god, please listen to this.
Holy. Fucking. Shitttttttttt
Production is amazing, the sound is the most refined thing I've ever heard since ever...... is Pop back? As i am listening I'm almost brought to tears like the songs to bring my tears with this type of production is Sans Seraph and that's a slower album, this is fast paced and the instrumentals just don't mesh whatsoever..... I WANT TO CRY
"You either get it, or you don't." Well, I don't.
I cannot finish this album for the life of me. Where can I even start here? The mixing is overbearing, im being attacked by drums and it's bass and the guitars are suffocating me for some reason, and ALL that i still find the instrumentation to be a bop but why I'm pointing that out is that because when Vic comes in and sings, it feels like he's actively fighting against the flow of the songs combined with the ... read more
WHY WOULD YOU EVEN BOTHER TO BOTHER WITH HIMMMM
Production ain't good but Quin's singing and songwriting is just chef's kiss, the fact that this band had features from Kurt Travis and Tillian Pearson and they're THIS unheard of is hurting me, like this NEEDS immediate attention. I wanted some new bands to listen to and i got genuine diamond, a Swancore album with practically Anthony Green singing.
This album was there for me at my lowest. The day I discovered this album and subsequently ripped this from the internet, it has stuck with me ever since. I love this album more than I can ever say. It's been there since I have felt lonely, heartbroken, and in depressive episodes. Montell created something unrivaled; this feels so personal on a level that each song FEELS like it is made for someone and not meant for anybody else. You're seeing it through a window of absolute tragedy, ... read more
There's no word to describe how raw and emotional this album is and there will be no more words to describe the struggles of the trans experience other than this.
I'm so sorry Mr. Travis, you are in fact a damn good singer and that i was wrong...
Now at first, i really didn't dig this album that well especially after listening to DBM and hearing Jonny Craig's absolutely divine singing but man any song after Uneasy Hearts is where Kurt just goes at it, Jon isn't even present in most of these songs and it's for the better since Kurt just ABSOLUTELY hammers it in even the songwriting got better, songs like Rock Solid has comedy ... read more
Thank god I don't engage with the music space, some of you are way into over your egos and blinded by hate, this is a decent album and the fact it's their first goes by a mile and i hope for the best of them to refine their sound, it doesn't know whether to be this upbeat or this slow melancholic sound, so it kind of just stops briefly of it's energy but to me it feels like im in a tavern having a grand ol' time after a long day.
(And no it is not kitschy, you ... read more
This is quite literally a recession indicator, i have never ever heard white girl music be this good than what's playing on the radios back in the early 2010s
The only reason this album isn't loved is because Jonny Craig didn't sing it; the lyrics are more the same as the last two. Relativity was just about Jonny Craig singing about heartbreak and toxic relationships, and in Self-Titled he does more or less the same thing. With sound, while it doesn't compare to Relativity, going from Self-Titled to this isn't a stark change. I felt that album was holding back more, and transitioning to this doesn't feel like it's a hard ... read more
How was this man so be able to be horny and have respect at the same time.
BURYYY BURYYYY MAYYYYYYYY
One review sad the instrumentation was boring and I disagree, the energy through this EP rivals that of Live in Denver, the way it just hits you with banger with banger though Vic gets HELLA outshined here leaving more so unbalanced but still great (Jonny you had to be a POS there's no chance of this coming back)
Simgot EG280 used.
Charlie Kirk Highschool Pre Alt-Right Pipeline Edit
Edit: Why is this the most popular, i didn't even listen to the whole album just that ONE song ðŸ˜
