This album is exceptional. Feels like restrained destruction. The stripped-back nature of the sound, repetitive vocals, and musique concrète sound design elements create a nice hypnotic atmosphere.

This album is gorgeous start to finish. The sound feels fresh, the songwriting is polished and the vocal performances are strong and emotional. Would highly recommend.

An emotionally explosive project that takes its time and blends several genres without feeling stuffy. This is my first time listening to either of these two artists, and I very much enjoyed it.

Standout track is Bird Cage, especially the part around two minutes in when the song collapses into vast reverb and lets the vocals trail into oblivion. Really showcases the ability to play with space and size in this album. Would recommend.
