New 10/10. This was so fun to listen it sounds so fresh and there’s some other sounds apart from the electronic like rock and she ate so much here. Her voice it’s so smooth I love it and her lyrics are great. I loved the lyrics on Daylight Robbery
not to be dramatic but this album is literally perfect to me. there is not a single second that i would change. and each song just goes perfectly into the next. as a whole its just so special and impossible to pick favorites.
One of the best dream pop albums of all time. Listening to this for the first time on New Year’s Day was magical experience along with Mazzy star discography
This album is dark, intimate, depressing, and very personal for Janet. I really appreciate it when artists open up to the public lyrically; these are her best lyrics. Musically, I'd also say it's somewhat experimental for many, but we also have many commercial moments. This album is simply her magnum opus. Unfortunately, I only have two skips, but even so, I consider it a 10 and my favorite Janet album.

A fantastic follow-up to What's Your Pleasure? That! Feels Good! continues with the groovy, danceable dance-pop and disco sounds that perfectly complement Jessie Ware's elegant voice. Free Yourself is so much fun; I ended up sweating after listening to it. Pearls is addictive; I have it stuck in my head all day, and the music video is a visual delight. Begin Again is like ascending to heaven; it's legendary and incredible, undoubtedly the best on the album and my favorite along ... read more
Not that bad but it's the worst from the trilogy and i believe that it could be better idk. The album cover it's perfect the visuals are perfect ๐ ๐ฅ
So far, Slayyyter's masterpiece, a pop bible, is perfect. Each song tells a somewhat personal and relatable story, with a production that sounds like it's from the last decade but better than ever. It sounds so clean, her vocals are incredible, the visuals are amazing, she did it all. I think the tracklist it's a mess so i fixed by making my own playlist of the album and i also decided to delete PRAYER wich adds nothing to the record and replace it with BBF wich it's a bop. ... read more
This is some of the best trip hop industrial production I've heard in a long time. So many artists try to do this but fail in execution, whereas Chelsea made this transition effortless. I especially love the prominent focus on heavier rhythmic percussion and how well it complements her softer atmospheric vocals. On first listen I was already loving it and now with every listen I love it more and more it’s just gets better. This is one of the best albums of the decade so far and such ... read more
painfully unoriginal and a weak attempt at being "quirky". Melanie's songwriting and musicianship is so annoying I genuinely couldn't wait for this thing to end.
in short this is music for people who think Björk is too weird.
