Didn't realize this until recently but this is by far her best or at least my favorite project from her. Balancing both aggressiveness & vulnerability, this is probably her most artistically ambitious record. The ultimate pandemic album. Loves it.
This album is such an incredible and eclectic body of work. The production is so haunting yet vibrant and full of details. It's my favorite from hers.
Fav songs: Volcano, airborne ashes, Faith consuming hope, below the clavique and how to fight.

Kelela returns after five years since her debut, Take Me Apart, and the wait was absolutely worth it. It's a very cohesive album; the songs flow beautifully together and sound perfect, just like the cover art and the photoshoot. The songs have a very sensual touch, as is typical of her music, but here she takes it to another level. The production is once again perfect and exquisite, combining many musical genres and this creating the best album of the decade and my favorite so ... read more
I'm not a big fan of live albums since they generally don't appeal to me, but Kelela is my one of my favorite artist, so I forgive her everything. Anyway, this album is exquisite in every way. Her voice is angelic, and the instrumentals are also very enjoyable. It's truly beautiful, and I see it as a gift for the fans, which is greatly appreciated.
Favorites:better, all the way down, cherry coffee, waiting and blue light.

To think that mainstream music ever sounded like this, along with albums like *The Velvet Rope* and *Impossible Princess*, this album by the Queen of Pop, Madonna, is the best in her discography, of course, her magnum opus. She always reinvents herself with each album, and I love that—the versatility and the courage to do this, along with *Erotica* and *American Life*. This album is spiritual, electronic, very danceable, and relaxed. There are so many things happening that it drives you ... read more
Kate Bush was very brave to make such an experimental album in the '80s along with Hounds of love, and I really appreciate that in singers when they take risks and go down the artistic path while also being commercially successful. This album was definitely ahead of its time, and it shows. It sounds like it came out yesterday or just now. It sounds fresh, and it's also very colorful and full of personality, which is something I love in singers, and Kate Bush is the best in this ... read more
This album is undoubtedly the pinnacle of music. It's flawless and perfect from beginning to end, making it impossible not to be captivated by the electronic and experimental production. It's a glorious journey, a truly unique experience, with Björk's vocals so distinctive they remind me of no one else in the world. It's clear she was ahead of her time; I'd even say it still sounds incredibly fresh. In conclusion, Björk is a legend who deserves to be respected ... read more
One of my favorite albums in the world! It's so much fun to listen to; that electronic sound is so addictive, and the experimentation leaves me wondering how they did it in the studio and made it sound so perfect. FKA Twigs' voice is angelic; she interprets beautifully and is so dynamic.

I discovered Kelela last September, along with a lot of other great music that changed my musical taste forever. But this discography, and this album in particular, are the best I've ever heard. Every lyric touches my soul, and the alternative R&B production, combined with other genres, is exquisite. Kelela, along with other artists I love, is an angel fallen from heaven who came to bless us with her music, and I'm so happy to have discovered her. It's my favorite album in ... read more
I really love this album. It's very fun with relaxing moments, but I think it strikes a good balance so you don't get bored and it keeps you engaged throughout. Not bad at all.

The best EP ever! I wish these songs were on TKM since they're as perfect as the album tracks, but oh well, these tracks flow really well together and are super fun and addictive to listen to. Kelela has a pretty consistent discography along with FKA Twigs and I really appreciate that.
Favs:All of them but Gomenasai.
Least fav:Title track
I wish it sounded more like I'l changed for you bc it's something really new on Mitski and fit her so well. But at the same time i love the americana sound that has grow on me the more i listen and her indie rock sound it's iconic for her honestly. Lightning is SOTY i'm in love with this song so much.
