This album has strong tracks like The Happiest Days of Our Lives, Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 2, Young Lust, One of My Turns, Hey You, Comfortably Numb, and In the Flesh. However these account for merely 1/4 of the album and beyond this section the album lacks entirely, yet tells an interesting story.
I felt like this album started off strong with the Moon cave and then just slowly started to get less exciting as it went on. Yet still, a great work from Gorillaz.
We start of the album with an okay-ish song. Then we go into (in my opinion) the best song ever made. I'm Not in Love. We completely lose this momentum and are met with Blackmail (a great song but not as great as I'm Not in Love). And after that it is just downhill from there
There has never been a soundtrack this perfect.
