Such a good single that it’s the only song they saved on spotify from their previous era.
Holy shit i’m so excited for another collab album between Black Thought and Danger Mouse as the first one beat out Piñata and Madvillainy as the greatest rapper producer collab album for me.
My personal favorite track from the beef as there are so many references and hidden meanings buried in this song that really show why it took Kendrick so long to initially respond to Drake. I cannot believe there were actually people saying Drake won this round out of all of them.
Definitely their weakest record in my opinion with the most unpolished and flat production accompanied by Brad’s typical nonchalant vocals.
I was honestly expecting much worse considering i’ve heard some people call this Tyler’s “worst album” but it wasn’t really that bad. I also actually enjoyed the title track which I’ve heard a lot of people despise.
One of the Lips’ weakest records for a reason. It’s a change of pace from their usual stuff with some interesting ideas but overall poor execution.
About 2 Die and Belles really stood out as some solid pop rap but the rest just didn’t really do it for me.
Concorde Tercera Version is what intrigued me about this album but it’s also the only real good song on this album.
Kind of an all over the place album which makes sense considering how many different artists worked on it. The end result is a pretty mediocre collection of songs but with some bangers at least.
Another overhated TV Girl record imo with some really solid songs on it like Blue Hair and Pretty Boy.
Has some real bangers but also a lot of misses imo. Felt really inconsistent to me and I can’t say i’m a fan of all the styles they attempted on this record.
Way overhated imo as I grew to kind of like this album but I guess I can see why it has such a low score. I still feel like some of these songs deserve better but I am in the minority for that so it’s whatever.
Loved some of the singles but they don’t really fit together all too well and there’s a fair few weaker tracks.
I loved the intro track and love Danny but I realize that most of this album just isn’t for me. I’m still so happy that Danny’s in a much better place now and can make and work with whatever and whoever he likes.
Does its job well but isn’t too replayable after finishing the game.
Kind of just felt like a generic bedroom pop record with a few standout tracks but nothing crazy.
