Even though this isn't as sonically grand his other work, it's still great. Also it was easily one the most influential albums of the decade so there's that
I truly admire the risk this album takes, but it feels unpolished in some areas and unnecessarily obtuse in others. The title track might just be his magnum opus, though.
This album very much feels like hearing your cool uncle tell stories about his past. As a whole, is it perfect? No, but it's damn entertaining.
Sonically, I enjoyed it better than Chromakopia. Lyrically and thematically, I felt it came short, though that was probably the point.
