you know this might be really far out there but this track makes me think about a dystopian world where everything that happens is dictated by a skinny alien
The Sequel Is Better
Fixes all the gripes I had with MM1. Starting off with GOD on the tracklist, one of Skeletrix's most sought-after songs that people never thought was going to get released. Opening with this good of a track should be a crime... or get you a trophy.
All the songs are great and pacing never loses a beat. Thank you Skeletrix with the New Year's gift.
Edward is still one of the most creative minds in the underground music scene, and this album proves it.
Edward Skeletrix is a name I have been invested in for the better part of last year (feels weird saying last year), dropping what can only be described as some of the most experimental and deep pieces of music I have heard in a bit. With tracks like 'Slave N****s Still Shop At Neimans', a drumless song with some creative lyricism to 'Label Meeting', a track he dropped on ... read more
i am not a juice wrld fan by any means but if you delay your album by 3 years to just slap shitty youtube rips of songs that you have with ai stems on half of the songs and be so confident in a dead man's name to excuse this shit stain of an album then you got a problem
and that's not even getting started on the cover
One of the most haunting and saddening albums ever. Dean Blunt gives us a brutally real depiction of abuse through music.
Kendrick Lamar dropped a great album, what else is new?
I'm not gonna lie, for the last 6 months or so, I had a strange dislike for Kendrick that I'm sure a lot of people might have shared since the drop and over-saturation of "Not Like Us". I feel like that song brought a lot of new and somehow more pretentious fans to Kendrick and all that hate for them poisoned my opinion on the man himself.
However, I love how Kendrick surprised-dropped this album. An album that ... read more
I always seem to get into things a little too late, and this is another such case.
After missing all the hype for Hyperdrama, I decided yesterday that I would randomly give Justice a go, and I am beating myself up for not listening to this album sooner.
This is some of the the harshest Electro House I have ever heard. From the opening "Genesis", which might be one of my favourite House songs of all time, to "Phantom Pt. II" with its incredible strings placed within the ... read more
Wow, I was NOT expecting this song to hit as hard as it did. This has potential to be the best Tyler album and I am so here for it
this is my favourite album of all time and i realise that now but i have no one to tell that will share my sentiment or someone that i can tell extensively why i love it so much so i will post this thought here because i need to express my love for this album somehow
I am actually kinda surprised I didn't like this as much as I thought I would. Sematary seems like an artist I would enjoy a lot but Rainbow Bridge just didn't do that much for me. Only songs I really enjoyed are most of the ones with Ghost Mountain.
I mean, there's nothing here that really matches the original songs except for the song with Lorde, but we all knew that was incredible. Nonetheless a refreshing take on most of the songs and overall I didn't mind it.
i am not letting this lose its must hear without a fight, this shit is a masterpiece
BITCH I'M MOROSE AND LUGUBRIOUS
I wish I had heard this album sooner.
I had this friend who was super into Lil Ugly Mane; he always sent me his music, but I never listened. The only Ugly Mane song I had heard up to this album was 'Twistin' because of the Denzel Curry feature, but I never even gave that a proper listen.
This is Memphis Rap heaven. Ugly Mane manages to combine all my favourite elements of the genre into a brilliantly dark and braggadocios album. Packed with ... read more
the hype for this is below the ground 🔥🔥
no, but seriously.
there is only one thing about an album that i can hate. i honestly don't even mind shitty mixing, vapid lyrics, or even the occasional AI verse. Look at my VULTURES 2 score if you want proof of that. no, there is one thing that pisses me off more than anything else. boredom.
this is such a painfully boring album. the only thing this guy is really known for is one of the worst songs in 2024, 'Grippy', with the ... read more
