The two singles hit like a truck I love them to death, delirious is also great even with that goofy ahh beat. A lot of tracks overstay their welcome and drag on too long. Really high highs and some mid moments, but it doesn’t matter prince is still my glorious king🥲

Pretty sure Starless changed my life, I’m not a emotional guy at all I try to hold it in no matter what, but when that last minute was peaking in starless I was so in awe I shed some tears it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. The rest of the album is good just it doesn’t hold a candle to starless… other fav track is fallen angel

The instrumentals are so rich, I absolutely love the way EW&F sounds it’s just so ear-wormy. Also one of the dudes sounds like Andre 3k don’t know which one but I know what he sounds like. Also the album cover is 🔥🔥

Had this album on repeat this summer, so every time I re listen it just transports me to when i was living my best life, just working fishing, running and listening to classic albums. This album is perfect sonically and with the message Gaye is trying to send. It makes me forget about the hell hole this earth is, and just gives me hope. Not quite a 10 but dang man, it's close

Biggies flow on this album has probably never been topped. Brotha sounds intimidating especially on tracks like “gimme the loot.” biggie is such a rap legend, and this is just raw uncut rap perfection. That interlude made me bleach my ears tho😭
