Boys Life - Boys Life
70

not too dissimilar from other things from around this time but it does hold up very well my favorite part was the drums which were really good on every song and sometimes the riffs kina reminded me of unwound

The Avalanches - Since I Left You
81

this is like a whole diff side of the noisy chaotic sampling i love from my usual rotation of artists that i didnt really even consider being done in this fashion super cool and unique

Tyler, The Creator - DON'T TAP THE GLASS
75

production is rlly good and he brings back all the most confident and charming parts of chromakopia

The Percy Faith Strings - Bouquet
71

not incredibly special but neat nonetheless

Everyone Asked About You - Everyone Asked About You
73

doesnt hit quite as hard for me as i wanted it to

femtanyl - REACTOR
74

not as aggressive as chaser but it still carries a lot of energy and sounds distinct enough

77

loud gay and super edgy which is cool because im also gay and edgy so i like it

Ruby Throat - The Ventriloquist
76

carries a cool energy but not quite the same vibe as her solo record that i enjoy a lot

Lalleshwari - Lullabies in a Glass Wilderness
91

holy peak i love this her voice is wonderful and so capturing immediately i fell in love with this pretty much immediately upon hearing the 3rd song

Sufjan Stevens - Carrie & Lowell
77

super pretty and it made a headache ive had for a while go away which was rlly nice but sadly not every track hits super hard for me

Jordaan Mason - one day the horses will have their revenge
80

very different aesthetically and lyrically than divorce lawyers i really do like the low energy production and raw recordings

Unwound - New Plastic Ideas
79

enjoyed sliiightly less than fake train but i still love the energy unwound carries when they want to pick things up

Lorde - Virgin
71

this is okay pretty cool sounding generally but not entirely interesting to me though i could see how some ppl would really like it

Sadness - I want to be there
80

just big and pretty what can i say

billy woods - GOLLIWOG
80

ik its the obvious pick but like i really love the production most on this i love the horror stuff and how well its done it feels like a love letter to that style of music its really wonderful and everyone who sang on this album brought amazing stuff to their performances

Radiohead - In Rainbows
86

not really my first listen i just didnt finish it the first time for whatever reason but i did now and i can say i really like it! i think the writing feels different from the other radiohead albums ive heard in a way its not too insanely different but it serves the album really well and conveys the themes perfectly, i think the electronic elements blend incredibly well with the more traditional rock and jazzy stuff though i need time for a few of the tracks to grow on me

Lingua Ignota - CALIGULA
88

this is the kind of thing im really a sucker for i love this style of storytelling and these kind of big bleak heavily arranged songs its why i love lamb so much and i think it is executed just as well here

Jane Remover - Revengeseekerz
74

brimming with personality and wonderful production

Unwound - Fake Train
82

i like this quite a bit more than leaves gulp

La Dispute - Wildlife
83

super crushing the lyrics and instrumentals each put on their own show
