I've never liked Ed Sheeran or understood why his music was so popular, because to me pretty much everything he's made is pretty mediocre. The same principle applies to this album, although I will say there were a few tracks that I thought were pretty solid. The majority of this though was bleak, underwhelming, and just really boring. At around 50 minutes this album is definitely an endurance test.

The chorus is relatively catchy but the lyrics and verses are really not it
The Arcadian Wild is a folk group that I wish had a little more publicity. Principium is one of the best musical experiences I've ever had. This little four song EP is almost flawless back to back, with some of the most beautiful instrumentals and vocals I've ever heard. Telling something like the creation story through music well isn't easy, but they pull it off wonderfully. I can't recommend this piece of music enough, it really is a work of art.
This was dreadfully boring to me. Almost none of these tracks delivered anything of note, and while none of them were really bad, they were all pretty mediocre and bland. I really wasn't feeling this.
Edit: 60 - 45: I was way too generous the first time around. Most of these songs are really hard to listen to because of how lifeless they feel.
Edit 2: 45 - 42: UUUUUGGGHH
This album is the definition of a stupid amount of talking but saying absolutely nothing at the same time
I love the way Phoenix sounds to death, but I think they might have played it a little safe on this album. Alpha Zulu is pretty boring for the most part, almost everything here sounds very similar and middle of the road in quality. After Midnight is really the only song that reminds me of that classic Phoenix song the most, and the rest is honestly just kind of ok. Not bad, but not good either.

I remember when this album came out. I was in the car on a six to seven hour drive and I had a ton of time to kill, so I spent that time listening to the majority of this new album. I loved it to death back then, and even though I don't think it's amazing now, I still think it's pretty solid. There are definitely a good amount of skips on here, but the stuff that is good is laid back and really enjoyable.

Trench is a great experience and honestly an album I didn't spend enough time with back in the day. This record is dark and beautiful, with some slow vibes and some catchy upbeat tunes as well. The production on this album is also the best TOP has ever reached, they did a great job on this thing as a whole.

This is a very nostalgic piece of music for me as I grew up listening to the majority of this album. Going back to it I think it holds up decently well. The album starts off strong with some great tracks going to around the midpoint of the record, but after that a lot of the tracks fall off and become pretty dull and mediocre. It's definitely a mixed bag, nothing too bad in my opinion, but there's some great, good, and just alright songs mixed into this whole thing. Not a very popular ... read more
I really liked listening to this live performance. It was nice and refreshing to hear some of my favorite songs of the past get these remixes, and I think it was overall a pretty cool show.
I was excited to take a look at this modern take on one of my favorite genres, and this album gives me everything I could have asked for. Jessie Ware delivers one of the most consistent listens of the year so far, with every song getting your head moving and getting you in that happy disco kind of mood. A very nice surprise album for me.

Without a doubt to me the best video game soundtrack ever recorded. This thing is beautiful front to back, every single song has a fantastic spot in this game. It's also incredibly nostalgic to me as this was and is still one of my favorite games. Truly a work of art.
Definitely a controversial opinion, but I honestly enjoyed RAM more then Discovery, albeit they're very close in quality. I just had more fun with this one, there was a little more variety in sound. I think the amount of people on this album is really what makes it stick out even more to me, it kept everything new and exciting. A great final album from Daft Punk.

I'll be honest, I wasn't a big fan of Ants From Up There, but I did enjoy this live album from BCNR a good bit better. The instrumentals during this performance are incredible, and are one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. The singing is great as well. BCNR isn't really my thing, but I did enjoy this captivating performance.
72 Seasons' main flaw was how draining it was. I was honestly enjoying it a good bit for the first 30 minutes or so, and then it really fell off hard and became difficult to listen to. There were some standouts mixed in there and I honestly enjoyed this more then I expected, but there are really only a few songs that are worth listening to, especially in one sitting.

Both of Deltarune's first two chapters are close in terms of quality both in gameplay and music, but I think the second chapter's OST barely takes the cake with a slightly more fun and innovative soundtrack.
While as of right now I do prefer the Undertale soundtrack, both chapters of Deltarune that have released so far have incredible songs with kind of an updated sound to the Undertale OST. I do think there's a little lack of emotion in comparison with these songs, but I still think this is a great soundtrack.
Why does the Mario 64 soundfont work so well with pretty much everything? These versions are honestly really worth going back to, songs like 15 Step are really fun and songs like Weird Fishes are beautiful. I could honestly see these being used really well in a Mario 64 hack or something if they haven't been already. Really cool listen.
Good Kid manages to make a third EP that sounds identical to everything else they've ever made (shocker). This one includes 4 singles released over the past year or so with two new tracks, Osmosis and Madeleine. Osmosis is identical to the rest of the record and Madeleine surprised me by being slightly different, however it's really just a mostly uninteresting ballad. The earth will probably blow up before Good Kid releases a song that differentiates from the rest of their discography, but with ... read more
