"United" isn't particularly an ideal start to a band. While it has a lot of groovy, funky production and some good instrumentation, the mix leaves a lot to be desired and the country tinge during the second half is out-of-place and obnoxious.

the first four songs are total bangers, I believe their quality set the bar for the sequence of the tracks way too high, at least for me. overall it's a quality project, I love the vocalist's voice, but the quantity of instrumental tracks let me a bit down as I was so hyped on the first half.

favs: school rules, too young, honeymoon, if I ever feel better, funky square dance

least fav: party time and on fire

Not a bad album by any means, but, honestly, I can only see myself revisiting 2 songs.
