As much as I can acknowledge the quality of the music, it was boring beyond belief. The instrumentals were cool, the vocals not so much. Although there wasn’t really anything to make this “bad”, it’s definitely not anything I would come back to.

Catchy ass chorus but the “mine” adlib sucks

Never listened to an Lupe Fiasco project before this but this blew me away. Absolute incredible production. The lyricism was amazing and made this a really fun listen.

Really diverse and experimental while still preserving the traits of Tyler’s music everyone loves.

Adding fake smoke detector sounds doesn’t make you seem like any less of an industry plant.

One of the hardest parts of making R&B music is not making it boring. This album failed miserably. The lyrics are basically mindless and the instrumentals are really basic.

This album was a really cool experience. I’m not too experienced with TV Girl, and I’ve only really listened to the sadder stuff, but here I learned that they don’t disappoint with upbeat music either. Even though not too much happens lyrically and the songs consist mostly of loops, it’s still really fun to listen to.
