My granddad gifted me this on CD and I really didn’t expect to like it, especially not this much. So groovy and jumpy and rock and roll!!!!!!!

this charming man is probably the best song ever written. pretty girls make graves and suffer little children are like poetry to me.
the smiths were so ahead of their time yet represent their age so well

the top notch smiths, everything is clean and so well put together, heaven knows im miserable now and back to the old house are two of the best songs EVER written, god everytime i thought a song on here was good, the next one would play and blow it out of the water. fuck i love the smiths!!!! i miss my friends who moved to england, it reminds me of them

this one took me a while but i evevntually sat down and listened to the whole thing on the bus ride home and completely fell in love. morissey's whiney voice combined with weeping guitar chords pulls the whole thing together so well. it really makes me feel like i'm walking the streets of bournemouth once again. i know its over destroys me everytime i listen to it

My uncle gave me this on vinyl and icl all the songs are pretty solid
They’re all kinda forgettable so they more fade into one weird mesh of all their songs after a while

i didn’t realise people hated this album so much because i kind of love it…

better than the first 100%, more polished, more of a direction, still lacking in certain areas but the exciting and engaging production makes up for it. man i love these guys

maybe it's the nostalgia and memories connected to this album, but something about these songs feels so familiar, like when you're in the car and you hit that one turn into your carpark when you know you're home. i can't listen to this album without crying and reminiscing on a simpler time in my life. thank you frank ocean for sharing such a personal and deep album to the world, it's really changed my life. the last track on this album would be the one i choose to listen to as i die. honestly i ... read more
