Olivia Dean I love you so much. Messy was one of my favorite albums of 2023 so I was ecstatic when she started releasing singles for this. This album was incredible on first listen and it’s just gotten better and better as I keep listening. I just love the vibe of her music so much. It’s so easy to listen to and it has a strong ability to brighten my mood!

This album is FANTASTIC!!! At first I didn’t love the second half as much as the singles, but it grew on me very quickly. I love that Jade is just doing what she wants and what she wants is incredible. One of the best debut albums ever in my opinion!

I don’t love this quite as much as Preacher’s Daughter, but that’s also in my top 5 favorite albums of all time so that would be a tall order to do again. However, this is still extremely excellent. Ethel has such an insane ability to tell stories and create a unique sound space. Only Ethel could make a 15 minute song and I never get bored listening to it. I’ve never listened to yungblud before, but I heard Zombie because of Florence lol and I LOVED it omg. Then I decided to listen to Hello Heaven, Hello because it was also already out at the time and I really loved that too! When the album came out I really enjoyed it overall and I think it’s pretty strong and has good production and a lot of personality. I think the rest of the album doesn’t hit the highs of those two songs but it’s still very good!

I’ve never listened to Hayley Williams solo music (or Paramore’s music tbh), but I was so intrigued by her release strategy that I decided to listen and WOW it’s so fucking good. I’m years late on this but holy shit it’s so good. Welcome To My Island kinda the best song of all time!

Learning that she writes a lot for Gracie Abrams makes so much sense bc so many times listening to this i was like why is it giving Gracie a little bit. However this album is in fact better than the secret of us lol. Some of the best pop songs of the year are on this album!

This album has been on repeat since it dropped. Conan Gray ily!! This might be my favorite Conan album I’m not sure but it’s incredible!

This is just a solid R&B album with some really great songs and great vocals from Coco Jones! Take out Most Beautiful Design and we have a skipless album here.

I like this album a lot but I’ve connected with it the least out of all of Lorde’s albums. I’m in the minority here when I say that I think Solar Power was a better album overall. The first three songs on this album are fantastic, but for me it loses steam after this and never really gets back to that. I like most of the other songs, but I don’t love most of them.

Genuinely one of the most perfect albums ever created.

OH GODISON RAE SAVE US!!! No but actually I can’t believe that Addison Rae of all people is making some of the best pop music of 2025. I won’t lie I was not there for Obsessed and the leaks that came after, but I was THERE for AR EP. And then her run of singles for this album were insane like I got all of them on the first listen. Woah… This album is INSANE!!! I love how cinematic it feels (which makes sense). But it still just feels so grand when listening to it. I just loooooove good orchestrations and this album has it. But also Miley sounds so good on this and the music feels so right for her. I love Aly & Aj’s musical direction! I’ve only listened consistently since a touch of the beat but it’s been so good since then. I’m so happy they came out with another great album! I’m not sure if they will ever top a touch of the beat for me (that album is almost perfect), however this is still so beautiful and lovely. Just reviewing the deluxe songs. I honestly like the 5 new songs more than a lot of the songs on the og. dandelion, past life, and hampstead are some of her best music to date!!
