The slick, sincere record offers lots to unpack musically and plenty of ear candy to enjoy along the way
Production is fresh and interesting but i just struggled to feel anything for Peggy's rapping here, it feels uninspired and one-note. It can be difficult to connect to a lyricist spreading a single flow with very minimal lyrical variation across 25 tracks
In such dark times it's nice to hear an album with a sunny soundscape that celebrates the mundane. While It comes bundled with Rostam's signature intricate production, i wish the production flourishes were allowed to erupt further as this could have given the album a more robust spine
