This has the banger-ballad ratio of Avril Lavigne's "The Best Damn Thing" from the previous year, with the bangers on here being better
Love the ending of the final track, was hoping the whole record would sound like it
Props to @hausenger for recommending me this impossible-to-twerk-to Spanish record as a response to my "review" of Valesuchi's
"Futuro cercano". I can only objectively appreciate this for what it is, since I unfortunately cannot enjoy such music a lot.
"Te llevo tatuada" reminds me a little bit of "Wish You Were Here".
I wish there were sound effects akin to the ones in the final track here on all of his records
Thanks to @Kacper for recommending me this! Ideally I can listen to something like this actually for as long as this record lasts and in theory I appreciate most metal styles, but generally am not huge on the genre as a whole for the lack of intensely dynamic diversity on its albums that I always so desperately crave. Nevertheless, the solos on this are dope - very retro.
I love the instrumental passage near the end of "Bloodrape Ritual"
Thanks to @Ciwal for recommending me Cromagnon's self-titled record, I listened to this reissue since it's more easily available for streaming.
I would suggest Sun City Girls fans to hear this (the two vocalists screech in a very similarly unbearable fashion), but there was also one percussionist element on some of the beginning tracks that reminds me of the more folk-y releases by Test Dept.
Thanks to @Ciwal for recommending me this single! It's nice, the lore behind it is cooler.
