After liking Lil Yachty’s remix of Tame Impala’s ‘Breathe Deeper’ i was excited to hear this project was psychedelic rock. Despite being ever so slightly underwhelmed the album is a great listen as Yachty delivers a solid, thorough, meaningful and sonically impressive project. The highs on this thing are so captivating.

Really well made, smooth, cohesive listen all around. I can defo hear the underscores influence throughout. Vocal performance lacks in some places though, i think i’d like also them in the forefront slightly more in places, the 2nd half has a lot less of these flaws. Additionally some lyrics don’t fully land, but it’s not a major issue, nothing i’m pointing out here is a major issue at all.
