Let me start off by saying sorry to all the pop punk incels, This album isn't THAT cool.

I understand that most of the lyrics are ironic and at some points funny. What isn't super cool is the fetishization of a race of people and that made me uncomfortable. The Foo Fighters once again prove that they are musical giants.

This feels like the culmination of all of their previous work while still pushing forward into the future. The stripped down production on this album really lends it self to the concept, Raw and Honest. Dave, Hit with two horrible losses very close together (Taylor and his mother) really bears his heart and soul in a way that hasn't been seen in his music.
