This album is slow, calculated, horrifying and grippingly powerful. For such a short project, made in such little time...It is a effortlessly accomplished "masterpiece". TOP NOTE:
MBDTF is an iconic album in Kanye West's discography which features some of his most enjoyable and memorable songs ever. Every song has something to take away, and despite the album's flaws I still think the album is GOOD. This album when I first heard it was difficult to grasp but lovable. Despite it being a literal wall of sound, it contained so many dynamic elements and had a lot of personality. I think the album cover matches the sound perfectly, pinkish red, and hazy is the perfect image to describe how this album feels & sounds. TOP NOTE:
Animal Collective Albums always sound like having fun at a waterpark...I don't know why...Their sound is w a t e r y . This album for me, is their best work. I think it's unique, cohesive, has character, and is lovable. It does have it's fault, but honestly those are not entirely the worst thing.
