Wow, just wow. Never in my life have I encountered such composition, such concept, such diversity, such vibe, such vocals. I am mad that this is only rated an 89 out of 100, this should be 100 on the dot personally. Just the perfect balance of soft rock and death metal, the soft rock segments building up the death metal parts to be so much more impactful than they already are. This here album stands as the greatest album I have ever listened to as of 2026, June 2nd. Masterpiece.

Wow. The first ever Metallica album I have heard was master of puppets, which I liked but it wasn't the best thing I've ever heard, and since mop is considered their best album I wasn't expecting THAT much from this album, but this is one my favorite albums I have ever listened to.
