Lana's vocal performances, while not always great, have a certain grabbing delivery to them. There are some really good angsty vibes here, some tracks being more bittersweet than others, this shit fire.
Favorite Track: Carmen
It is my first time listening to something like this, and I don't think any other album I've listened to thus far has given me a sense of dread and fear so immersive and chilling. Amazing. Fucking amazing.

Holy shit, what a jump in quality! I am seriously impressed. After spending a lot of time with Mitski's debut album 'LUSH' and not really liking it that much besides 1 or 2 songs, I was a bit fearful for this one. Though, LUSH did showcase Mitski having a great voice, capable of expressing herself in such a way that I could feel the angst she felt.
