i'll be completely honest, i almost had no idea how to rate this!!! it's prime hyperpop but it's like very inconsistent and has its ups and downs. some songs are good, but generic (love me, hidden gem, you care), some are really nice (congrats, grwm, gap year), some are just... anticlimactic? that's all i'll say about this.

the mixing in this song is god awful, and the whole song is extremely damn edgy, but honestly that's kind of the appeal of it; it's just like... really outdated hyperpop. obviously this doesn't even come close to 100 gecs' level, but it's still a fun song that kind of throws you back into 2020 for a good 2 minutes and 25 seconds.
look, i understand this whole song is not to be taken seriously, but did jane really just have to drop the r-slur like that, at the very end of the song...
this was so so good oh my goodness... i really liked the production on building nests, it's my favorite track!!
probably some of the better club music in k-pop out there..! it's... fine, i really think it could've been executed better though. i'm not a big fan of her vocal delivery in this EP, and i'm not sure if it's her or the mixing.

really, REALLY hit or miss... some remixes are just meh, but a few pop off REALLY hard. my favorites are toothless, ringtone remix (of course) and stupid horse remix.
this album is quite insane, like i just can't put it into words, this feels more like hearing abstract art rather than an actual piece of music... i need to listen to more of this group
