Reptile is a top 3 song of all time and Eraser is on an equal level.
The Downward Spiral reminds me with every listen what music can be, sound like and how deeply it can impact me as a person. This is the definition of artistic ambition in music. This is the creative peak of rock music that I doubt will ever be surpassed by another record. This is just flawless. It took me multiple years to appreciate it fully but I can finally admit that this is a perfect album.

Absolutely stellar songwriting & production but it unfortunately lacks of variety, otherwise this would be even higher. This needs to be seen as a classic and absolute staple for singer-songwriter music in the future
His Style is truly unique and his writing holds up to this creativity as well. Systems is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful to see that an amazing artist originates from my small hometown in southwestern Germany :)
This album moved me so much and I am more than just grateful for its existence. Know is genuinely one of the best opening songs of all time
This is definitely the “weakest” of his LPs to date, although it still is a very enjoyable and tasteful Ambient-, Art- and Chamber Pop album that might grow on me with a couple more listens
