For one of the greatest songwriters of all time, this is quite weak; the lack of budget coupled with an inexperienced Dylan results in a relatively mediocre album with a few good songs sprinkled in. His voice has always been a topic of discussion, and on this album I could understand the critics—not the best I’ve heard from him.

I decided to rate the second half as 1 piece of music seeing as the songs don’t really make sense individually, it might just be the best side of any album ever made.

I like it, this one definitely has potential to grow on me quite a bit, but for now I think it’s just very solid.
