Elton John - The Fox

Same as the last record.

Elton John - Victim of Love
57

This is the album that made me want to stop listening to Elton John's discography.

Elton John - A Single Man
81

Great record, I guess?

Elton John - Blue Moves
72

This one was good I guess I don't fucking know lol.

Elton John - Rock of the Westies
90

Alright I have a lot of records that I just forgot to review apparently that started with this one, and in all honesty, most of these records (especially the seemingly thousands of Elton John) records I don't even remember most of it. I loved this one, my personal favorites were Island Girl, Grow Some Funk Of Your Own, and I Feel Like A Bullet.

Racing Mount Pleasant - Racing Mount Pleasant
100

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, YES! Excuse me for that but this record is absolutely exceptional. Absolutely zero complaints, I fucking love this record.

There is so much substance with this LP. Musically, this sound is just so nice. In the same way I described Quadeca's Vanisher, Horizon Scraper, this album is easy listening because its so fucking easy to listen to because it sounds so good. As I've previously stated I am a massive slut for the flute, but I have to say with ... read more

LAUSSE THE CAT - The Mocking Stars
100

Um, fuck yeah?!?! Yeah this is a really fun record. Fuck the complaints section, I don't have any I really love this record.

Okay, I may be missing some context considering I haven't listened to the previous EP from Lausse the Cat, which I understand that this is a continuation of that EP, so some of the parts of this record may go over my head I don't know. But man, this record is so captivating, like this was not at all what I was expecting from the cat when I first saw ... read more

By Storm - My Ghosts Go Ghost
78

Might be overrated by the tiniest bit, but a good record nonetheless here. I'll go ahead and say that I don't have as much of a connection to this record because I haven't listened to Injury Reserve's stuff before and therefore I don't really have any kind of personal connection to the death of Steppa J. Groggs, but obviously I feel for that situation, it's obviously never great to see an artist pass on prematurely, and may he rest in peace. With that being said, ... read more

Quadeca - SCRAPYARD
80

This guy's pretty good at this music thing huh. Alright, for complaints, I feel like some of the songs on here are just too short to really go anywhere, and some just simply don't really go anywhere. Other than that, there isn't really anything else I can comment on.

Man, there are some great moments on this record. I have to say, TEXAS BLUE is one of the finest songs I have ever heard, truly an artful and beautiful song we have right here. U TRIED THAT THING WHERE UR HUMAN ... read more

Quadeca - I Didn't Mean to Haunt You
88

Incredibly intriguing concept album here. I find it pretty hard to find any complaint with this record, so I'll just say that the only song I wasn't feeling was knots and I'll just leave it at that.

The concept of a ghost that wants to be involved in their loved ones lives but just can't is such a simple story in concept, but in practice is so much more fleshed out than you would expect, at least on this record. From the start, Quadeca pulls no punches with some fucking ... read more

Quadeca - From Me to You
86

Well I guess the YouTube rapper label went away pretty quickly. Starting with my only complaints with the record, there were some tracks that I felt were a little overbearing, namely Work! and Where'd You Go, both tracks that really just don't do it for me. Other than that, I don't really have much to complain about with this LP.

I figured it would take him at least another record to go full experimental, but I guess Quadeca figured out he could make something special pretty ... read more

Quadeca - Voice Memos

This was certainly one of the albums of all time. Starting with some positives, there are some very strong moments throughout this record, starting with the interlude A Dream I Can't Remember, which I feel is the most similar to what Quadeca's sound would become, or at least what I heard on Vanisher, Horizon Scraper. Still, there are some traditional trap rap songs that I enjoy here, such as The Man on My Left Shoulder, Red Dot, Eyes, and These Days. I feel that the potential is ... read more

ROSALÍA - LUX

Very, very interesting record. I'll start with what I didn't like about the record because my list of complaints are pretty short. There were only two songs I didn't really like Porcelana, which just didn't really do anything for me, and Mundo Nuevo, which just felt like a nothing burger that just never went anywhere. Other than that, I feel like the only other thing I can say is that some of these songs aren't long enough to actually do anything substantial even if ... read more

Quadeca - Vanisher, Horizon Scraper

This record is fucking fantastic. To get it out of the way the only thing i didn't like about this record was one song, which it may be a hot take, but I just wasn't personally feeling THUNDRRR, not even really that its bad or anything I just feel like it's not on par with the rest of this record. But as far as my complaints with this record, that's really it.

To start, quite literally, the first half of this record is fucking incredible. Some music has been described as ... read more

McKinley Dixon - Magic, Alive!
100

Holy fucking shit. Okay normally I'd have something to say as far as something that would hold this record back here, but there is literally one complaint that I have and that there isn't more songs on this record. I'm really gonna have to listen to more McKinley Dixon...

This genuinely may be my new favorite record of all time. Listening to this album felt like I was experiencing a game changing record in real time, like a true moment in history right before my eyes and ... read more
