Decided to actually listen to an outsider house project, and I'm very pleased. Feeling very good type music, it's very calm with Lo-Fi signatures around it. Best to describe this whole album is like going to the bathroom and hearing the background of the music? It's oddly quite strange but dang is even better at times than hearing the actual music, it has this oddly calm Low Fidelity added onto it's blurry production.

My point is, these are your average party music i guess, ... read more

Sito4_8 - DRAKKOERA

I absolutely love this album. At first introduction I thought this was just gonna be a simple little atmospheric dnb project like what I've heard in almost all atmospheric dnb albums that are all very same sounding, but no dude. I put my ears in the ass of my headphones and god I'm in love with the different progressions towards the songs in each track. The noisy parts and the mixture of elements, it takes absolute professionalism for an atmospheric dnb album to make me feel different ... read more

Skatsune Miku - Skatsune Miku
75

In a fucking way this combination of Ska Punk and motherfucking Hatsune Miku actually smacks, a track or two is lackluster but some smack hard as fuck dude. I really like the combination, I wasn't bored one bit too..

Additional note: Last Song smacks hot shit

파란노을 [Parannoul] - Last Live At Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival

I don't know which fucking lives to prefer... This was more energetic and oh my fucking god I'm in awe... THERE WAS SO MUCH ENERGY.

Favourite tracks

• White Ceiling Live: Infinity
• Gold River: Atleast 10 fucking digits of 0's
• Youth Rebellion: I don't need to say why don't I.
• Analog Sentimentalism: I'm in heaven.

I know I have 0 possibilities to go to that live, but I still am so pissed at myself for not seeing this in person or sooner..

Kero Kero Bonito - Intro Bonito
73

This album has the most brutal spoken lyricism and the most grittiest production. This was how I pictured horrorcore rap.

Jokes apart, this is a very interesting Debut of this artist. The only reason why this passed a 70 score was just for the sole purpose of her own vocals, Sarah is so curious and just so whimsical and i love it. Toy-ish and quite lackluster instrumentals and just very random subject topics on each song that the singer brutally growls in all gutterals.

What ofcourse steals ... read more

Death Basket - None In This World Is Safe From Harm
80

There are few spoken word scattered onto this project to probably push a narrative.

Raw grindcore vocals with frequent gutterals, each track individually are very very short and rapid paced, but one in the specific ending track, it has 10 minutes. This is a raw and unprofessional album, and unprofessional in a good light.

The delivery is very angry with a sense of tiredness? It's that raspy harsh voice of the lead singer. And the atmosphere is dense, just like any grindcore project. ... read more

Ricky Eat Acid - ambien music
88

so, ambien music is an album which makes ambient music.

I love what Sam Ray is doing with this, I'm getting caressed by the beautiful sound of ambience, yeah this may be easy to make or simple.. But it makes me feel so relaxed, and it's genuinely just so beautiful.

For a guy who makes music on Teen Suicide, Julia Brown, Starry Cat and now this. God, Sam Ray is a versatile prodigal figure in music man. This project is no disappointment. I love this ambient alias, yet alone this ... read more

Asian Glow - pt.2345678andstill

When I first heard of Asian Glow, I thought... Wow, this artist is good... But just Good, nothing else right? Till I tried his solo catalogs instead of seeing songs where he'd randomly appear as features and well. Oh my god, I find whatever the fuck this masterpiece is.

This is such a crazy made song with more phases than an adventure anime episode. I'm genuinely fucking impressed dude? This gotta be one of the most atmosperically certified gems I've ever stumbled across. This ... read more

G.L.O.S.S. - Girls Living Outside Society's Shit
92

I'm absolutely amused by this very short but such a raw and aggressive project. This Trans feminist band delivers really fucking hard, with D-Beat influences in which I'm quite new on the genre myself. This is such an angry project that are performed by the oppressed that target alot about the transphobia and the obvious biased hypocrisy towards the oppressors. Against the idea of the so called "Straight America" seen in a cisgenders views, they boldly despise. Another thing ... read more

Coma Cinema - Posthumous Release
78

a sonically calm sounding album which surrounds its concepts mainly around Trauma, Love and self destruction.

Singer talks about his own childhood trauma, relationship issues and some topics about Self harm as topics from what I'm kindly witnessing, and how it affects him in his relationship life and personally with other issues like doubting his own self worth in a way. The concepts of this album truly unleash alot in the ending tracks with some damning personal song-writing, for a ... read more

Savages - Silence Yourself
75

a nice blend of post punk and that distorting noise rock, this album is very highly inspired by the likes of Joy Division and Bauhaus with it's sound. Honestly a great listen of an album that sounds like it would really fit an era around the 80's. I like their more fast delivered energetic bits on the songs like Hit Me and She Will. Probably because I've developed a fondness for aggressive music. I like the modernisation they performed towards this album, while yet having a clear ... read more

Fucked - Izumi
96

These are some really really HARSH vocals that I'm hearing in this random album.

Goodness, I want to say that this shit is actually so fucking phenomenal. Such awesome energy to genuinely fuel me up, this might honestly be my favourite grindcore album I've ever heard. THE DOOM METAL INFLUENCE IS PHENOMENAL. VOCALS ARE TOP TIER, FAST PACED BEATS ARE ALWAYS SO INTENSE IN THE RIGHT TIMINGS.

All I know is that this may become a new sort of comfort album to play when I'm feeling any ... read more

Sugar Wounds - Calico Dreams

love the darn aggressive short tracks of this album which specialise in Grindcore, really kicks it to me. Now, I'm mad impressed with the combination of Grindgaze up on this album.

Love how it's extreme measurements are very well adjusted and blended really nicely. Screamo vocals are quite remarkable, a few electronic influences that are spotted onto this album.

Adrianne Lenker - songs
94

This album is recommended to me by my great friend Parry! And I have alot to say.

Goodness, I'm absolutely saddened by this album. Such a touching album, full of melancholy and longing. The production doesn't effect me the most here, it's Adrianne's beautiful voice that delivers the most saddest lines I've ever heard from each song. On top of that, these song ALWAYS tell a sad story.

These aren't just your fucking average love songs, they are what remains as what ... read more

Ekcle - Yoja

goodness this is such an unpredictable album.

I wonder how much time does it take to make such songs like these with such a wonky structure. Each song is so beautifully made and so complex. I'm darn impressed.

Eartheater - Trinity
55

As ethereal and experimental as this Mixtape is. This isn't something that I'd necessarily enjoy, it blends in these vocals which at some aspects are beautiful for others but for me feel like an annoying snoozefest and these ethereal aquatic trap type beats that are blended.

What's so special about this album is that it blends these ethereal vocals and these trap beats together and the influence of UK BASS, however, What's the drawback is HOW it blends these vocals and ... read more

Black Tongue - Nadir

The opening beat drop was just atmospheric and brutal. It felt Galactic... The vocals enter and oh my fucking god, it leaves less room for what I'm getting myself into.

The second track knocks the door and hits me with a screech before it's production occurs and is way more faster introduced than usual. It slowly morphs into a slower production and that means more of that brutality. When comes to downtempo music like deathmetal, I have this heavy amount of satisfaction for ... read more

The Dillinger Escape Plan - One of Us Is the Killer

drumming, riffing and just everything feels really smooth and dense, it's very complex and mathy at some tracks too.

There's alot of mess going on in this album. Loud expressive vocals and times where when I feel a surge of boredom, something hits me hard.

What is a drawback is the melodic parts on this album, its vocals... I do not seem to like them. But I really do like it when the lead singer gets aggressive and starts screaming. Please do that shit even more.

I love the ... read more
