A mixtape made with half a dozen New York producers tilts the experimental producer’s left-field tendencies toward full-on dance music, but her signature oblique vocals remain a slippery presence.

Punchy electronic beats and some really great textures, thick layers of reverb and that voice that sounds like it's swimming through everything, such a great mish mash of stuff i love, every song is super catchy and so fun to hum along to, the lyrics are horny as fck so they make me laugh, i already know im gonna come back to this a lot when I'm just chilling and want to have fun (i listened to it two times already), it's a perfect vibe!!

Hello.
Today I learned a new thing about myself.

We as humanity need more cloud rap influence in pop music, WE NEED IT.

Trinity is a cool mixtape that takes the cloudy instrumentals of cloud rap and mixes it with the art pop.

Eartheater with her angelic vocals gives a new life to these ambient rap beats creating a strong aesthetic.
This mixtape is only 10 tracks long but she creates an extremely moody and pleasant experience.

Finished my First Listen. The first 4 tracks & the last 2 are fantastic, the most realised songs in her discography for me so far...She leaves the mostly ambient sound behind for a much more industrial-electronic focused LP which works for the best.

Favs: Prodigal Self, Solid Liquid Gas, Spill The Milk
Least Fav: Pearl Diver but I really wasn't the biggest fan of the stretch with Tracks 5,6,7..the section had the same problems as the ones I was having with previous songs of all the sounds ... read more
