As a kid who always moved around, I never built any close relationships. Art that sticks with me the most makes a certain effort to counterbalance itself. There should be a tension between complexity and simplicity, the digestible and indigestible. Personally, this project brims with ambition and talent, but lacks this aforementioned balance, and therefore does not emotionally resonate with me as much as I wish it could have.

Each song was recorded and mixed in a single day, and you could probably tell. I was listening to a lot of early James Ferraro and I wanted to recreate that lofi sound. I am not a very good performer so I hope I managed to conceal that well here.
