WOW. to say that this album is gorillaz' best since "Plastic Beach" would be a MASSIVE understatement. i may even go so far as to say this might be their best album to date. it's so meticulously crafted from the very start to the very end of its behemoth runtime and it genuinely feels like a work of fine art. after the admittedly disappointing "Cracker Island", "The Mountain" could not be a fresher breath of air. GORILLAZ ARE SO BACK 🔥🔥🔥

very much prefer this new hyperpop-ish sound to his old sound (even though I still enjoy the latter a lot). the production on these songs is insane and it’s such a breath of fresh air for cavetown. i hope to hear more like this in the future 👍👍

i go to school with these guys and have seen them live several times and their music is really fire 🔥

MUCH better than the first 2 singles, brings back what I like most about parx, hoping the album sounds more like this than the first 2
