My old review was shit so I’m gonna just redo this one. This is really the only country album that I like. What really sets it apart from the rest of the genre is Jason Molinas vocals. Wow what a story. I liked the song but looking up the lyrics really made me realize why this is the third highest rated single on the site. Such a unique way of storytelling. It’s very emotional. I don’t see myself going back to this because I don’t speak the language and the song itself was nothing too special but those lyrics really are something that deserves praise.
It takes longer to figure out what the fuck is going on in the album cover than to listen to the actual album
