considering I binged all three I'll sum up my thoughts all in this review. dariacore has been and probably always will be one of my favorite genres of all time. the blend of extreme sampling giving humor and a sense of familiarity to every song plus the amount of stuff going on and overstimulating me will always be a good mix. this being where it started is no different and it's genuinely some of the best. jane/leroy proves her talent and absurd knowledge of being a producer here and ... read more
I'll be honest with my current taste I was scared to listen to this but I did it anyways because I'm big baller and I'm not scared of anything. this album is so energetic and fun with the production while simultaneously being actually kinda emotional and raw in the vocals giving a very interesting and frankly insane sound that I am very much into. spider gang as a label seems to dump out some stinkers but I'll put on my big girl pants and admit I love the kinda raw energetic ... read more
i think he is burning out </3 overall not a bad record i didn't dislike any tracks but some parts did feel kinda sloppy, namely the slower parts of every song. I'll give it to him though the drops might be hard enough to cure erectile dysfunction, couldn't stop bopping every time one came on. little lacking and a lot less safe then his older work, but an enjoyable listen.
it's like not bad but for glaive it's definitely a step down from their previous work. i also miss their old vocal style ☹️
I'm having fun these four tracks are just the embodiment of running through flower fields
this is the best production I've ever heard. full fucking stop. every song here has the most vibrant and bright yet punchy sound making everything sound like it could be a song to bump over the subs and listen to on your own time. prefiring in march this is aoty. generational artist releases generational peak.
overall not bad but just feels kinda strange and off putting in a bad way to me. excited for what they do next though.
somehow with this being my favorite hyperpop album of all time I haven't wrote a review yet. everything about the concept of this album, the lyrics, the production, the vocals it's all some of the best I've ever heard. even the deluxe has songs that hit like a train. it has tracks meant to just be fun and bouncy such as cops and robbers, old money bitch and locals which do just that while not feeling overwhelmingly happy against the rest of the album. all while still having songs ... read more
stellar experience in every way for what they're aiming for but I don't know if I'll revisit most of these tracks in my free time.
