One of the greatest Death Grips albums. The tracks are consistently high quality throughout which makes this a blast to listen to. The fantastically high energy throughout the project keeps you on your toes. There isn’t a bad/weak song on the album. However no tracks reach the holy level of perfection as well. Still an absolutely fantastic project.
The experimental nature of the album with its constantly changing styles and genre of music makes it a consistently enthralling listen. However the same experimentalaity makes a few moments seem out of place. Specifically the spoken word peices.
While it’s not David Bowie’s best album, it’s definitely an incredible one. Great, cutting edge, music throughout the entire project.
A severely underrated album that sees Pink Floyd at the most experimental they’ve been at the time of its release. While there is defimerly moments where it gets very pretentious and dull, the good moments definitely outweigh the bad. The ending is very weak and definitely could’ve been either cut out or shortened.
Undoubtedly one of the bands most experimental, energetic, and entertaining albums. The incredible lyricism, instrumentation, energy and grit the album keeps you engaged for the entire project. Animals is one of the unique concept albums and is definitely one of my all time favorite albums.
This is their best album now. Original score: 91
Very interested and fun album while it’s on. Compelling instrumentation, vocals, lyrics, and ideas throughout the entire project. Although there are a few dull spots through the record.
The most pretentious, spacey, uninteresting Pink Floyd album. However there are a few good tracks and the album isn’t god awful while it’s on. Forgettable.
Simply some really good and intersting House music.
Edit: it’s kind of incredible how much this grew on me holy shit.
